Welcome to Q-Tickets Nepal, operated by T.H.T ThreeSixtyTicketing Pvt. Ltd. (“Q-Tickets”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Q-Tickets website, mobile applications, ticketing platform, digital services and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, browsing an event, purchasing a ticket, making a payment or otherwise using any Q-Tickets service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with any event-specific terms, refund policies, privacy policy and other policies displayed on the Platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform or purchase tickets through Q-Tickets.
Q-Tickets is a technology-enabled ticketing and entertainment platform operated in Nepal by T.H.T ThreeSixtyTicketing Pvt. Ltd.
Q-Tickets provides technology and distribution services that enable customers to discover, reserve and purchase tickets for events, entertainment experiences, cinemas, attractions, sports, concerts, festivals, theatre and other activities.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Q-Tickets acts as a ticketing platform, technology provider, booking facilitator and/or authorised ticket distributor for the relevant event organiser, promoter, venue, cinema, attraction or service provider (“Organiser”).
Q-Tickets does not ordinarily own, produce, operate or control the events listed on the Platform.
The Organiser remains responsible for the actual event or experience, including its content, quality, schedule, venue, performers, seating arrangements, capacity, safety, cancellation, postponement and applicable event-specific rules.
By using Q-Tickets, you confirm that:
· You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law;
· The information you provide is accurate and complete;
· You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
· You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws;
· You will comply with the rules and requirements of the relevant event and venue; and
· You will not misuse, interfere with or attempt to circumvent the Platform's systems.
Where you purchase tickets on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the person receiving or using the ticket will comply with these Terms.
Events displayed on Q-Tickets may be organised by independent third parties.
Information relating to an event may be provided by the Organiser, including:
· Event name;
· Date and time;
· Venue;
· Ticket categories;
· Ticket prices;
· Seating arrangements;
· Age restrictions;
· Event descriptions;
· Terms of entry;
· Cancellation and refund policies; and
· Other event-specific information.
Q-Tickets may rely on information supplied by Organisers and third-party service providers.
While Q-Tickets may take reasonable steps to display accurate information, Q-Tickets does not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of every piece of event information supplied by an Organiser.
Customers should carefully review event information before completing a purchase.
Tickets are subject to availability and may be sold on a first-come, first-served basis or according to the inventory and allocation provided by the Organiser.
A ticket is considered successfully purchased only when:
A payment attempt, payment authorisation, pending transaction or amount temporarily blocked by a bank does not by itself guarantee a completed booking.
Q-Tickets reserves the right to cancel or reject a transaction where:
· Payment is unsuccessful;
· The ticket inventory is no longer available;
· A technical or system error has occurred;
· The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised;
· The customer has breached these Terms;
· Duplicate or abnormal bookings are detected; or
· Cancellation is required by the Organiser, payment provider or applicable law.
Where an amount has been successfully charged for a booking that Q-Tickets is unable to fulfil, Q-Tickets will process the applicable refund in accordance with the relevant refund policy and applicable law.
Ticket availability displayed on the Platform may change in real time.
Tickets may be held, reserved, released, cancelled or reallocated due to:
· Customer transactions;
· Payment failures;
· Booking timeouts;
· Organiser inventory changes;
· Venue capacity changes;
· Technical processes;
· Administrative corrections; or
· Other operational requirements.
A ticket displayed as available is not guaranteed until the booking is successfully completed and confirmed.
Q-Tickets shall not be responsible for losses arising from a customer's failure to complete a transaction before inventory becomes unavailable, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
The total price payable will be displayed during the booking process, subject to applicable taxes, service fees, booking fees, delivery charges or other applicable charges.
Prices may be determined by the Organiser and may change before a booking is completed.
Q-Tickets may charge service, convenience, platform, booking or other applicable fees, where disclosed.
Any applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with applicable law.
Once a booking has been successfully completed, the price applicable to that completed transaction will ordinarily not be changed, except where correction is required due to an obvious error, fraud, unlawful activity or other circumstances permitted by law.
Q-Tickets makes reasonable efforts to ensure that prices, event information and other Platform content are accurate.
However, technical or human errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious error results in a materially incorrect ticket price or booking condition, Q-Tickets may, to the extent permitted by law:
· Cancel the affected booking;
· Notify the customer;
· Offer the customer the option to purchase at the correct price; or
· Refund the amount paid.
Q-Tickets will not knowingly use an obvious pricing error to unfairly disadvantage customers.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, card networks, digital wallets or other authorised payment providers.
Customers agree to provide valid and accurate payment information.
Q-Tickets does not store sensitive payment information such as complete card credentials where such information is processed directly by an authorised payment provider.
A payment may be declined, reversed, delayed or placed under review by the payment provider.
Q-Tickets is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by a bank, payment gateway, card issuer, wallet provider or other third-party financial institution.
After a successful booking, Q-Tickets may provide confirmation through email, SMS, mobile application, website, WhatsApp or another communication channel.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided during booking are accurate.
Failure to receive an email or message due to an incorrect email address, telephone number, spam filtering, device issue, network issue or other customer-side reason does not automatically invalidate a completed booking.
Customers should contact Q-Tickets promptly if a confirmation is not received.
Digital tickets, QR codes, barcodes, booking references and other ticket credentials are valuable and must be kept secure.
The customer is responsible for protecting the ticket from unauthorised use.
Unless specifically permitted by the Organiser:
· A ticket may generally be used only once;
· A ticket may not be duplicated;
· A QR code may not be altered;
· A ticket may not be fraudulently reproduced; and
· A ticket may not be commercially resold without authorisation.
If the same valid ticket is presented multiple times, entry may be granted to the first valid scan, subject to the Organiser's procedures.
Q-Tickets may not be able to determine who originally purchased or possessed a ticket where the ticket has been shared, copied or transferred without authorisation.
Entry into an event is subject to the Organiser's and venue's rules.
The Organiser or venue may require:
· Valid ticket presentation;
· QR/barcode verification;
· Government-issued identification;
· Age verification;
· Security screening;
· Compliance with dress codes;
· Compliance with prohibited-item policies; and
· Compliance with venue safety requirements.
Q-Tickets does not control venue security or entry decisions.
Where entry is refused because of a customer's conduct, failure to satisfy venue requirements, invalid identification, violation of venue rules or other circumstances attributable to the customer, Q-Tickets will not be responsible for any resulting loss or refund except where required by applicable law.
An Organiser may cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate or materially modify an event.
Events may also be affected by circumstances outside the control of Q-Tickets or the Organiser.
Such circumstances may include:
· Government restrictions;
· Weather conditions;
· Natural disasters;
· Public safety concerns;
· Security issues;
· Venue issues;
· Performer or artist availability;
· Technical failures;
· Transport disruptions;
· Force majeure events; or
· Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Q-Tickets will communicate material changes based on information received from the Organiser and through available communication channels.
Q-Tickets does not independently control the decision to cancel, postpone or modify an event.
Unless an event-specific policy states otherwise, ticket purchases are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable after successful confirmation, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Nepalese law.
Where a refund is available, it may arise from:
· An event cancellation;
· An Organiser-approved refund;
· An event-specific refund policy;
· A duplicate or erroneous charge attributable to Q-Tickets;
· A failure by Q-Tickets to provide the purchased ticket where Q-Tickets is responsible; or
· Any other circumstance where a refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds may not be available for:
· Change of mind;
· Personal scheduling conflicts;
· Failure to attend;
· Late arrival;
· Travel difficulties;
· Incorrect booking by the customer;
· Failure to comply with venue requirements; or
· Failure to check event details before purchase,
unless otherwise required by law or expressly provided by the applicable event policy.
Where an Organiser is responsible for determining refunds, Q-Tickets may process the refund in accordance with the Organiser's instructions and applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, Q-Tickets may return the eligible amount through the original payment method or another legally permissible method.
Processing times may depend on:
· Payment gateway;
· Bank;
· Card issuer;
· Digital wallet;
· Intermediary financial institution; or
· Other third-party payment provider.
Q-Tickets cannot guarantee the exact date on which a bank or payment provider will credit the refunded amount.
Where permitted, applicable service, platform or payment-related charges may be treated separately from the ticket's face value, depending on the event-specific refund policy and applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their booking before payment.
This includes checking:
· Event;
· Date;
· Time;
· Venue;
· Ticket category;
· Quantity;
· Seat;
· Name;
· Contact information; and
· Total amount payable.
Q-Tickets is not responsible for customer errors that could reasonably have been identified before payment, subject to applicable law and the relevant Organiser's policy.
Tickets may not be resold, transferred for commercial gain or used for unauthorised promotional purposes unless expressly permitted.
Q-Tickets may cancel tickets that are reasonably suspected to have been:
· Obtained through bots or automated systems;
· Purchased using fraudulent payment methods;
· Purchased through unauthorised channels;
· Duplicated or manipulated;
· Acquired through abuse of promotional offers; or
· Resold in violation of event-specific conditions.
Any cancellation will be subject to applicable law and the relevant Organiser's requirements.
Promotional codes, discounts, offers and campaigns may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
· Offers cannot be combined;
· Offers are subject to availability;
· Offers may have limited validity;
· Promotional tickets may have separate refund conditions;
· Q-Tickets may withdraw an offer where permitted by law; and
· Promotional benefits may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Q-Tickets may cancel transactions where promotional mechanisms are abused, manipulated or used contrary to their stated conditions.
Certain services may require customers to create an account.
Customers must provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential.
Customers are responsible for activity conducted through their account unless they promptly notify Q-Tickets of unauthorised access.
Q-Tickets may suspend or restrict accounts where it reasonably suspects:
· Fraud;
· Misuse;
· Unauthorised access;
· Violation of these Terms;
· Abuse of promotions;
· Unusual transaction activity; or
· Activity that may cause harm to Q-Tickets, customers, Organisers or third parties.
Customers must not:
· Use bots, scripts or automated purchasing systems;
· Circumvent ticket limits;
· Attempt to manipulate inventory;
· Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Q-Tickets systems;
· Introduce malware or harmful code;
· Scrape or copy Platform content without permission;
· Interfere with Platform operations;
· Create fraudulent accounts;
· Use stolen payment information;
· Conduct fraudulent chargebacks;
· Misrepresent their identity;
· Resell tickets without authorisation;
· Use Q-Tickets for unlawful purposes; or
· Engage in any activity that may damage the Platform or other users.
Q-Tickets reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, subject to applicable law.
Where Q-Tickets reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, it may place a transaction under review, delay fulfilment, suspend an account or cancel a transaction, subject to applicable law.
Customers agree not to initiate an improper or fraudulent chargeback where a legitimate transaction has been completed.
If a customer disputes a legitimate transaction through a bank or payment provider, Q-Tickets may provide relevant transaction records to the payment provider, bank or authorised authority for investigation.
Nothing in this section limits any legitimate consumer right to dispute an unauthorised transaction.
Q-Tickets aims to provide a reliable and secure Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Platform may temporarily become unavailable due to:
· Scheduled maintenance;
· System upgrades;
· Server failures;
· Internet or telecommunications problems;
· Payment gateway issues;
· Cybersecurity incidents;
· Third-party service interruptions;
· Government restrictions; or
· Circumstances beyond Q-Tickets' reasonable control.
Q-Tickets will take commercially reasonable steps to restore services where reasonably practicable.
The Platform may contain integrations, links or services provided by third parties.
These may include payment gateways, banks, venues, Organisers, mapping services, communication providers, analytics providers and other technology partners.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Q-Tickets is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, systems or policies of third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Event descriptions, images, videos, artist information, promotional materials and other content may be supplied by Organisers or third parties.
Q-Tickets does not guarantee that the actual event will be identical to promotional materials.
Artists, performers, schedules, seating layouts, supporting acts, venue arrangements and other event elements may change.
Such changes remain primarily the responsibility of the Organiser, subject to applicable law.
All Q-Tickets trademarks, logos, designs, software, Platform functionality, text, graphics, photographs, databases and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Q-Tickets or its respective rights holders.
Customers may use the Platform only for personal and lawful purposes.
No customer may reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, reverse engineer or create derivative works from Q-Tickets intellectual property without prior written permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Where the Platform permits reviews, comments, ratings, photographs or other content to be submitted, customers must ensure that such content:
· Is accurate and not misleading;
· Does not infringe third-party rights;
· Is not unlawful, defamatory or abusive;
· Does not contain malicious code;
· Does not violate privacy rights; and
· Does not impersonate another person.
Q-Tickets may moderate, remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Q-Tickets may collect and process personal information necessary to provide ticketing, payment, customer support, event management, security, fraud prevention and related services.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Q-Tickets' Privacy Policy and applicable Nepalese law, including applicable privacy and electronic commerce requirements.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy before using the Platform.
By using Q-Tickets and providing contact information, customers may receive transactional communications relating to:
· Bookings;
· Payments;
· Tickets;
· Event changes;
· Refunds;
· Customer support;
· Security notifications; and
· Other service-related matters.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the customer's available preferences.
Customers should contact Q-Tickets promptly regarding booking or ticketing issues.
Where a complaint concerns the event itself, Q-Tickets may coordinate with the Organiser where appropriate.
Customers agree to provide reasonable information and supporting documents required to investigate a complaint, including:
· Booking reference;
· Transaction details;
· Contact information;
· Payment information sufficient for verification;
· Screenshots; and
· Other relevant evidence.
Q-Tickets will use reasonable efforts to investigate and respond to legitimate complaints.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Q-Tickets' responsibility is limited to the services actually provided by Q-Tickets.
Q-Tickets is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of an Organiser, venue, performer, artist, cinema, attraction, payment provider or other third party.
Without limiting the foregoing, Q-Tickets shall not be responsible for losses arising primarily from:
· Event content;
· Performer or artist conduct;
· Venue conditions;
· Organiser decisions;
· Event cancellation or postponement by an Organiser;
· Customer failure to attend;
· Customer failure to comply with venue rules;
· Third-party payment failures;
· Unauthorised ticket transfer;
· Incorrect information supplied by the customer; or
· Events outside Q-Tickets' reasonable control,
except where Q-Tickets is legally responsible under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Q-Tickets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from the use of the Platform or an event.
Where Q-Tickets is legally liable for a claim relating to a ticketing transaction, Q-Tickets' aggregate liability shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount actually paid to Q-Tickets in respect of the specific affected transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited under applicable Nepalese law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Q-Tickets, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from:
· The customer's breach of these Terms;
· Fraudulent or unlawful use of the Platform;
· Misuse of tickets;
· Unauthorised resale or distribution;
· Infringement of third-party rights;
· Violation of event or venue rules; or
· Any unlawful conduct by the customer.
This provision does not require a customer to indemnify Q-Tickets for losses caused by Q-Tickets' own unlawful conduct where such indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.
Q-Tickets shall not be liable for delay, interruption or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
· Natural disasters;
· Floods;
· Earthquakes;
· Fire;
· Epidemics or pandemics;
· War;
· Civil unrest;
· Terrorism or security threats;
· Government action;
· Regulatory restrictions;
· Strikes;
· Telecommunications failure;
· Internet disruption;
· Cybersecurity incidents;
· Power failure;
· Payment network failure;
· Venue closure; or
· Failure of third-party service providers.
Q-Tickets will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact where practicable.
Q-Tickets may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Platform or an account where permitted by law if:
· These Terms are violated;
· Fraud or unlawful activity is suspected;
· The Platform is being abused;
· Security is threatened;
· A legal or regulatory requirement requires action; or
· Continued access may harm Q-Tickets, customers or third parties.
Termination will not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Q-Tickets may modify, suspend, discontinue or update parts of the Platform from time to time.
This may include changes to:
· Features;
· Ticketing processes;
· Payment methods;
· Account functionality;
· Event categories;
· Application functionality; or
· Technical infrastructure.
Q-Tickets will take reasonable steps to ensure that material changes affecting existing customer transactions are handled appropriately.
Q-Tickets may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:
· Applicable law;
· Technology;
· Business operations;
· Platform functionality;
· Security requirements; or
· Customer services.
The updated Terms will be published on the Platform with the applicable effective date.
For transactions already completed, the Terms applicable at the time of the transaction will generally continue to govern that transaction, unless a change is required by law or otherwise legally applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable, where permitted.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Q-Tickets to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
These Terms, together with the applicable event-specific terms, refund policy, privacy policy and other policies expressly incorporated into the Platform, constitute the agreement between the customer and Q-Tickets concerning use of the Platform, except where additional written terms apply.
Where an event-specific condition conflicts with these general Terms, the event-specific condition will apply to that event to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Q-Tickets may assign, transfer or subcontract its rights or obligations under these Terms to an affiliate, successor, purchaser or service provider where reasonably required for business operations, subject to applicable law.
Customers may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without Q-Tickets' prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities of Nepal, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory statutory right or remedy available under applicable Nepalese law.
Use of the Platform, clicking an acceptance button, completing a purchase, creating an account or otherwise electronically confirming acceptance may constitute electronic acceptance of these Terms to the extent recognised by applicable law.
Electronic records, booking confirmations, transaction records, communications and system logs may be retained and relied upon by Q-Tickets for legitimate business, contractual, security, dispute-resolution and legal purposes, subject to applicable law.
Q-Tickets may maintain electronic records relating to:
· Customer accounts;
· Bookings;
· Payments;
· Refunds;
· Ticket issuance;
· Ticket scanning;
· Communications;
· Platform activity; and
· Security or fraud investigations.
Such records may be used for customer support, reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and other legitimate purposes, subject to applicable law.
Certain events may have age restrictions or specific entry requirements.
Customers are responsible for checking the applicable requirements before purchasing.
Q-Tickets does not guarantee entry where a customer fails to satisfy an Organiser's or venue's age, identification or eligibility requirements.
Where an event or service is intended for children or minors, the relevant Organiser's requirements will apply.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors under their supervision use the Platform and attend events in accordance with applicable law and venue requirements.
Q-Tickets may implement reasonable technical and operational measures to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorised transactions and other security threats.
These measures may result in additional verification, temporary transaction holds or cancellation of suspicious transactions where permitted by law.
Q-Tickets reserves the right to cooperate with payment providers, banks, law-enforcement agencies, regulators and other authorised entities in relation to suspected fraud or unlawful activity.
Q-Tickets provides the ticketing and technology service but does not guarantee that an event will meet every customer's personal expectations.
Q-Tickets does not guarantee:
· The quality of an artist's performance;
· The quality of food or refreshments;
· Venue conditions;
· Event atmosphere;
· Performer availability;
· Exact running time;
· Exact programme;
· Supporting acts;
· Seating visibility beyond the selected category; or
· Any other aspect controlled by the Organiser or venue.
Any complaint regarding the underlying event may be referred to the relevant Organiser.
Where a customer has a claim relating primarily to an Organiser, venue, performer or other third party, Q-Tickets may provide reasonable assistance in communicating with the relevant party but does not automatically assume responsibility for that third party's obligations.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising rights available under applicable law.
For booking assistance, customer support, complaints or other enquiries, customers may contact Q-Tickets through the official contact details published on the Q-Tickets website and Platform.

Q-Tickets is committed to operating its Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Nepal.
These Terms are intended to establish the rights and responsibilities of Q-Tickets, customers and relevant service providers while protecting the legitimate commercial, operational, technological and intellectual property interests of T.H.T ThreeSixtyTicketing Pvt. Ltd.
Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
